About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate, oversee and optimize logistics projects and processes within the supply chain
- Drive new projects forward and manage their planning, monitoring and coordination
- Manage process initiatives from analysis through implementation
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop sustainable solutions
- Apply structured, data-driven approaches to process improvement

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field
- Experience in project management, preferably within logistics or supply chain management
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Proactive and open personality
- Experience in leading people or change management is an advantage
