About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous learning modalities
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
- Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care
- Provide virtual clinical care to One Medical patients in concert with primary care providers
- Deliver evidence-based care using advanced technology and a team-based approach
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in MD, DC or VA, with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
- Ability to work current shifts ranging from 6am–5pm PST, 7am–6pm PST, 8am–7pm PST, 11am–10pm PST, or 1pm–12am PST
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Desire to be an integral part of a healthcare delivery team
- Openness to feedback and reflection
- Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
