Key responsibilities & impact- Run complex onboardings end to end: scoping, configuration, data integration, key-user training, go-live and documented handover to Customer Success
- Own effort and budget, estimate booked hours, monitor overconsumption, and trigger follow-up sales with Customer Success and Sales
- Build onboarding packages, checklists and self-service content for standard use cases
- Review project plans and configurations from junior consultants
- Coach the team and provide feedback for the skill matrix
- Step in on difficult customer situations
- Escalate genuine edge cases and communicate recurring questions and product gaps to the Solution Expert
- Build customer relationships with decision-makers and hand over documented stakeholder maps to Customer Success
- Deliver approximately 70% own customer onboardings, 15% coaching and review, 10% standardisation and 5% Solution Expert collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of project experience in SaaS implementation or consulting in supplier management, procurement or supply chain compliance, with full responsibility for the customer, not just a workstream
- Working knowledge of supplier processes: onboarding and qualification, risk assessment, audits, corrective actions
- Knowledge of regulations including LkSG and CSDDD
- Solid understanding of data models, interfaces and configuration; no coding required
- Experience with ERP and supplier master data is a strong plus
- Ability to standardise recurring processes into packages
- Budget and scope discipline
- Business-fluent English
- German and/or Spanish is a strong plus
- Low travel: below 10%; onboardings run largely remote
