About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage inbound leads and own outreach to new companies as the primary point of contact
- Help new developers get started with Plaid and answer product questions
- Identify promising developers and verticals for growth
- Work with product and engineering teams to integrate customer and product feedback
- Collaborate with growth marketing on new content campaigns
- Handle the entire opportunity qualification cycle
- Work with marketing, sales, and business operations toward revenue acquisition goals
