About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead regulatory risk and compliance workstreams for health industry revenue excellence engagements
- Coach team members on compliance frameworks, risk governance, and control design across client environments
- Review regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational processes to identify gaps and control breakdowns
- Guide compliance risk assessments, remediation planning, and monitoring activities for client service delivery
- Apply data analysis and interpretation to evaluate revenue cycle processes, reporting issues, and control performance
- Manage project plans, timelines, staffing, and work product across multiple engagement needs
- Develop client relationships by discussing compliance challenges, regulatory findings, and practical response options
- Leverage governance, compliance review, and regulatory reporting skills to support complex client deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of regulatory risk, internal controls, and health industries
- Experience managing regulatory risk and compliance programs for health industries clients
- Experience leading revenue excellence initiatives across complex client service environments
- Investigation and forensics skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams through planning, delivery, and issue resolution
- Knowledge of governance, controls, and regulatory reporting
- Mentoring and technology-enabled delivery experience
- Ability to travel up to 60%
