About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct research and build media, editorial calendar, awards, and influencer lists
  • Monitor, clip, and draft client-facing notes for media and social media coverage
  • Monitor media trends and client competitors
  • Gather background materials for press releases, pitches, partnerships, creative ideas, award submissions, fact sheets, events, and other PR initiatives
  • Draft initial media pitches, press releases, and other written materials for account-team review
  • Assist with organizing cross-client group pitches
  • Support media and influencer outreach, including researching contacts, pitching, and following up
  • Assist with calendar and event listings, award submissions, media mailings, and other account projects
  • Maintain clip grids, reports, RSVP lists, briefing books, and other administrative materials
  • Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and data specialists on luxury communications campaigns
