About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement tactics within the strategic marketing plan targeted toward physician relationship development
- Increase referral activity and support organizational goals and objectives
- Develop new physician relationships and promote programs
- Routinely visit the local physician community, in-person and virtually, to educate clinical staff and build and maintain relationships and referrals
- Build relationships with OBGYN, PCP, Endocrinology, Urology and Oncology providers and office staff
- Update providers on procedures, new technologies and the referral process
- Advocate for improved physician communications and understanding of patient needs
- Act as Operations Liaison to referring MD offices
- Log visit information in Salesforce CRM
- Coordinate physician-education marketing activities
- Manage booth presence at local events and conferences
- Propose corporate education alliances and opportunities
- Review print collateral and suggest communication improvements
- Stay current on field research and monitor competitor activity
- Work independently to educate regional physicians and practices about fertility treatment services and grow the referral network
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years minimum sales experience preferred
- Healthcare-related sales experience preferred (but not mandatory)
- Ideal candidate will reside in reasonable proximity to assigned territory
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be flexible with driving/covering large territory
- College education required
- Experience with customer relationship management software a plus (but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and upbeat, professional demeanor
