Requirements
What you’ll need- M.D. or D.O. required
- General Surgery Residency Training
- ACGME-accredited Surgery Trauma Fellowship
- Eligible for an Arkansas Medical License
- American Board of Surgery eligible
- DEA License or eligible
- Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Annual TB Screening, Criminal Background Check, Sex Offender Registry, Substance Abuse Testing
