Key responsibilities & impact

Build strong relationships with customers by providing best-in-class customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve their performance.
Partner with different departments to better assist customers.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
Own all aspects of the talent brand campaign, from recommending target audiences to proving ROI through campaign insights, ensuring client objectives are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to balance multiple tasks at the same time.
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new ones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
