About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build strong customer relationships by providing best-in-class customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve customer performance
Partner with different departments to better assist customers
Enhance department and organizational reputation by owning new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value
Own all aspects of the talent brand campaign, from recommending target audiences to proving ROI through campaign insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field
Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems, with ability to learn and adapt to new ones
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
