Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience
- Six years of related experience
- Two additional years of software/data engineering experience
- Experience with the Databricks platform, including MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, and model serving
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tooling such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Databricks Asset Bundles
- Exposure to MLOps practices including model deployment pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Interest or experience in Generative AI tooling, LLM orchestration frameworks, or related emerging technologies
- Proficient use of cloud platforms, programming languages, and software engineering practices
- Ability to deliver work at a steady, predictable pace, decompose assignments into small batch releases, and contribute to tradeoff and negotiation discussions
- Demonstrated domain expertise and in-depth knowledge of immediate systems worked on
- Proven problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate leadership skills and a proven track record of self-motivation in identifying personal growth opportunities
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
