Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing
- Validate REST APIs using Postman or similar tools
- Execute database queries to verify backend data and troubleshoot issues
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution using Jira or similar tools
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teammates throughout the software development lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of manual software testing experience
- Experience testing SaaS web applications
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman
- Strong SQL skills for database validation
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress preferred
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines preferred
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries preferred
- Experience with accessibility and cross-browser testing preferred
