General

• Research, identify, and evaluate government, corporate, foundation, and private funding opportunities
• Lead development, writing, and submission of grant proposals, letters of inquiry, applications, progress reports, and supporting documentation
• Manage the end-to-end grants process, including calendars, reporting schedules, compliance requirements, award tracking, records, and correspondence
• Collaborate with leadership, program, finance, and marketing teams to gather grant application and reporting materials
• Support fund development campaigns, fundraising initiatives, sponsorship efforts, and special projects
• Cultivate relationships with donors, grantors, sponsors, and community partners
• Maintain donor, prospect, and grant records in the organization’s CRM
• Track fund development and grant revenue, analyze fundraising metrics, and prepare reports and recommendations

• Support the Revenue Cycle team by managing billing transactions
• Manage billing, accounting, and administrative tasks under close supervision
• Follow established internal controls and procedures for billing transactions
• Manage service-to-payment conversion processes, including denials, non-response, service error management, authorizations, and eligibility
• Verify insurance and eligibility for all patients through online portals or phone calls
• Update patient accounts with correct insurance information
• Document patient demographics accurately
• Determine pre-authorization necessity and obtain authorization for scheduled procedures
• Receive and post client payments
• Contact patients and clinical programs to obtain additional insurance information
• Monitor and complete daily fax requests
• Communicate insurance and other important updates to appropriate staff
