Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics-related field; OR
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years' experience in an analytics-related field; OR
- 6 years' experience in an analytics or related field
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and advanced statistical modeling techniques
- Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Strong understanding of data strategy, including data quality, governance, and scalable data storage solutions
- Experience in model assessment, validation, deployment, and continuous monitoring using appropriate evaluation metrics
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions with domain knowledge across multiple business functions
- Skilled in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and applying AI and deep learning methods
- Effective communication skills to present insights and guide junior team members
