About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Orchestrate end-to-end educational production workflows, coordinating stages, deadlines, and owners with the support of AI agents
- Operate, configure, and oversee AI tools and LLMs for the generation, adaptation, review, and pedagogical validation of content
- Curate and critically validate content, scripts, learning objects, and media materials produced by internal teams and external suppliers
- Ensure deliverables comply with methodological and institutional standards, maintaining quality, consistency, efficiency, and scalability
- Apply Instructional Design methodologies, such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning principles, and microlearning, when structuring courses, learning paths, and learning objects
- Create and structure templates for different learning object formats, such as video lessons, podcasts, simulators, activities, and interactive content
- Manage external partners and suppliers, aligning scope, quality, deadlines, and expectations
- Collaborate effectively with external Instructional Designers, subject matter experts, graphic designers, and proofreaders
- Review and enhance content, ensuring that learning objectives are addressed and that the language is dialogic, contextualized, and aligned with the institutional methodology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced or native-level Spanish and fluent Portuguese
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Languages, Education, Pedagogy, or a related field
- Experience or strong knowledge of distance education, pedagogical foundations, and Instructional Design, preferably in higher education
- Proficiency with authoring tools and Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs)
- Ability to transform technical content into dialogic, contextualized, and pedagogically structured materials
- Knowledge and experience in the strategic use of AI and LLMs, including setting standards, developing prompts, and applying best practices
- A postgraduate qualification in Instructional Design, Distance Education, or Educational Technology is a plus
