Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve operational reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI
- Convert existing Excel and PowerPoint reporting into scalable, user-friendly, and increasingly self-service Power BI dashboards
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement
- Help stakeholders understand reporting insights and support business decisions
- Define and maintain reporting metrics for business and operational performance
- Validate reporting outputs and support information accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Develop and manage a reporting roadmap based on business priorities and stakeholder requirements
- Apply Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or comparable AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, documentation, and automation
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify or automate reporting and operational activities
- Partner with Professional Services and Operations stakeholders to gather, clarify, document, and prioritize requirements
- Translate business requirements into reporting solutions, technical specifications, dashboards, and automation opportunities
- Present initial outputs, collect stakeholder feedback, and refine deliverables
- Communicate technical and analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Work with data from systems such as Jira, Salesforce, and Oracle
- Evaluate reporting and business processes and recommend improvements
- Support reporting standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Participate in cross-organizational reporting and process-adoption initiatives
- Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and continuous-improvement activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of related experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, business analysis, process analysis, or a comparable role
- Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, in reporting, analysis, automation, or related business activities
- Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into reporting or technical solutions
- Experience analyzing business or operational data and explaining findings to stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 conversational or higher)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
- Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or comparable AI-enabled tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
- Ability to work with reporting inputs from multiple systems and data sources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Colombia on a full-time basis
