About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and facilitate the fueling of commercial, corporate, government and military flights
- Arrange fuel pricing and fuel supply
- Confirm fuel availability with vendors
- Follow operational priorities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams
- Process fuel-related inquiries accurately and timely
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and into-plane agents as required
- Ensure communications comply with AEG Policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day administration functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of delivering high levels of customer service is essential
- High level of understanding in basic mathematical computation and principles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Proficient knowledge in conversion of currency and units of measurement
- Ability to establish priorities and complete objectives independently and within a team environment
- Ability to handle and resolve problems
- Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations and negotiations
- Flexibility to handle shift work
- Attention to detail is essential
- Associates / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
- Aviation Fuel & Flight Operations knowledge
- FAA Certified Dispatcher preferred, but not required
- Multilingual
