About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly transmission of sales and inventory reports to suppliers
- Correct identified discrepancies and resend reports to suppliers
- Request adjustments from the IT team to the transmission of automated reports, when necessary
- Control the movement of third-party funds
- Handle commercial activities related to the third-party funds program, including freight write-offs, discount registration, fund creation, issuance of award receipts, and MDF (Marketing Development Funds) plans
- Monitor reports and control internal funds
- Assist with recording accounting transactions and closing financial statements
- Support the redesign of internal controls to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor month-end closings and verify discrepancies between reports and system data
- Perform costing routines for domestic and imported items and verify selling prices
- Support the team with daily activities
