Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL

Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and supporting production applications
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, including API development using NestJS, Express, Fastify, or comparable frameworks
- Strong experience with React, including hooks, component architecture, state management, and application performance
- Experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases, including schema design, migrations, indexing, and query optimization
- Hands-on experience developing and operating applications in AWS environments, including ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or similar tools
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based development workflows
- Experience implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using Vitest, Testcontainers, Cypress, or comparable tools
- Understanding of distributed systems concepts, including asynchronous communication, retries, idempotency, and failure handling
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver solutions in an evolving business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: Python-based services, APIs, or automation tools
- Preferred: Geospatial technologies such as PostGIS, GeoJSON, or web mapping libraries
- Preferred: Event-driven architecture, Kafka, or comparable messaging technologies
- Preferred: Structured logging, monitoring, error tracking, and feature management
