- Work as part of an Agile Scrum team

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of related experience
- May have a post-secondary degree or certifications in a related discipline
- DoD Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance at start
- Strong analysis background across disciplines for filtering data and predicting future states of ballistic missile threats
- Experience in performance analysis and characterization of large-scale complex system simulations
- Experience with ballistic missile threats, weapon systems, and command and control architectures
- Knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices, including system design, development, testing, and evaluation
- Working or theoretical knowledge of ballistic or non-ballistic missile defense concepts
- Knowledge of BM/C2 systems, defense communication systems, and the Missile Defense System (MDS)
- Strong foundation in mathematics and physics
- Experience using MATLAB to support analysis of complex data
- Preferred: data analytics skills and ability to analyze and filter large datasets
- Preferred: experience analyzing and characterizing ballistic missile threats, including threat systems, TTPs, and future threat-state prediction
- Preferred: knowledge of one or more MDS elements, including C2BMC, AN/TPY-2, LRDR, BOA, SBIRS, GMB, Aegis BMD, and PATRIOT
- Preferred: familiarity with Unix/Linux
- Preferred: experience with Agile Scrum and continuous integration methodologies
- Experience with scenario generation is a plus
