About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and continuously develop the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for GenAI tools including AxpoGPT, Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot
- Drive adoption across Axpo through user communities, product launches, and change initiatives
- Coordinate communication and education initiatives with relevant teams
- Define and track product and adoption KPIs
- Use data and user feedback to implement improvements
- Engage employees and business teams to understand needs and identify AI opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing, feature requests, and tooling costs
- Create educational content and deliver workshops, presentations, and demos, including to senior leadership
- Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Governance to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and risk controls
- Collaborate with AI engineers, Product Owners, business teams, and senior stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in product management or digital product development, ideally in a large or complex organization
- Experience working with AI, Generative AI, or data-driven products
- Track record of driving adoption of digital products or new ways of working
- Strong stakeholder-management skills
- Excellent communication and public-speaking skills
- Strong analytical and user-centric mindset
- Experience managing vendors, licenses, or budgets is a strong advantage
- Awareness of AI governance and data privacy is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and German
- Spanish is a plus
