About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide full-time outpatient mental health services through the telehealth program
- Deliver compassionate mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day
- Complete treatment planning and comprehensive assessments
- Work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals
- Provide approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Work Monday–Friday on a 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm EST shift
- Participate in the application process questionnaire and recruiter follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning skills
- Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Associate Therapist/Registered Intern licensure or applicable active credential (LMSW, LAPC, LSW, LPC(A), APC, etc.)
