About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
Work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals
Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
Potentially work with patients experiencing chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
Complete a brief questionnaire after applying and proceed with a senior recruiter if there is a mutual fit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English
Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Current independent professional licensure, such as LPC or equivalent clinical credential
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
