About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment remotely
- Partner with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare patients across the lifespan
- Provide care to a diverse population of patients
- Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform treatment
- Develop treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Partner with clients to achieve their goals
- Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday
- Complete additional state licensing requirements as Brave Health expands into new markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Ongoing, unrestricted U.S. work authorization without reliance on visa sponsorship or renewal
- Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English
- Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Fully/independently licensed in at least one state
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
