About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan
- Partner with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare patients
- Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
- Develop treatment plans
- Use comprehensive assessments and collaborate with clients to achieve goals
- Conduct approximately 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients per day
- Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication technologies
- Complete additional state licensure requirements as needed for market expansion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ongoing, unrestricted U.S. work authorization without reliance on visa sponsorship or renewal
- Private, HIPAA-compliant work-from-home space for patient safety
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
- Meets background and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state
- Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands
