About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver mental health care to patients across the lifespan
- Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans
- Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
- Provide approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Support Brave Health's expansion by obtaining additional state licenses when required
- Complete an application questionnaire and proceed through recruiter screening if mutually suitable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Privacy-equipped work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning skills
- Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Fully/independently licensed in at least one state
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required for expansion
- Ability and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day
- Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
