About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Travel on-site between Daytona and Jacksonville locations to provide coverage and assistance as needed
- Compound and dispense medications and other pharmaceuticals
- Prepare and maintain records on prescriptions, patient charges, and inventory
- Provide information to members on drugs and pharmaceuticals
- Directly interact with patients
- Make decisions on moderately complex to complex technical issues without direction
- Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude
- Work scheduled as needed to cover a market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state
- Professional Pharmacy Practice experience
- Certified Immunizer
- Proficiency with general software technology such as MS Office Suite
- Ability to learn new systems and platforms
- Must complete tuberculosis (TB) screening if selected
- Willingness and ability to travel to locations in Daytona and Jacksonville, Florida
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred
