About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Maintain billable hours as necessary
- Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision
- Assist in representing clients in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trials when and where necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- JD degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Active license in good standing in Massachusetts and New York
- 1 year of Massachusetts Workers' Compensation experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred
- Self-motivated independent thinker

- Ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
