Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance; only US Citizens are eligible for security clearances
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or four years of hands-on experience in a Software Engineering or similar full-time position
- Ability to collaborate as a team but execute independently
- Proficient in Golang and Python
- Experience contributing to or leading the design of new capabilities
- Experience with agentic development and applying LLMs, embeddings, and smaller trained models to analytics, including rigorous evaluation of accuracy, uncertainty, and limitations
- Experience in API/SDK development
- Experience working with software integrators to debug and solve integration challenges
- Experience with a version control code repository, such as GitLab
- Nice-to-have: Containerization with Docker or Podman
- Nice-to-have: GitLab CI pipelines
- Nice-to-have: gRPC / Protobuf
- Nice-to-have: Database development with SQLite / PostgreSQL
- Nice-to-have: Kubernetes deployment
