Key responsibilities & impact- Design conversations for new voice AI agents for new and existing clients, including conversation flows, dialogue structure, copy, and edge-case handling
- Lead Hindi conversation design by designing, reviewing, and launching Hindi agents
- Act as the team’s subject-matter voice on the linguistic and cultural quality of Hindi conversations
- Write, test, and iterate on prompts with prompt engineers to turn designs into working agents
- Prepare handover packages containing requirements, conversation designs, and guidelines
- Work with the analytics team to track agent performance, report design-change impact, and recommend optimizations
- Run conversation quality reviews on live agents beyond compliance QA
- Contribute to conversation design standards and methodology
- Improve team processes
- Drive conversion of promises-to-pay into kept promises
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or fully fluent Hindi speaker; fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Hindi in Devanagari script
- Natural, everyday conversational Hindi, including comfortable Hindi–English code-switching
- Strong written and spoken English
- At least 1 year of hands-on conversation design or prompt engineering experience on production Voice AI agents
- Experience working on a voice agent that went live with real users
- Ability to track and report on agent performance and use data to demonstrate design impact
- Strong ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Rigor and attention to detail in documentation, reviews, and quality checks
- Curiosity about voice AI and conversational interfaces
- Ability to work hours overlapping with the Dubai team (GMT+4)
- Nice to have: background in Hindi linguistics
- Nice to have: experience in fintech, collections, or outbound operations
- Nice to have: familiarity with Hindi in speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems, including pronunciation, transliteration, numbers, and dates
