About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise customers on their individual journey to S/4HANA and beyond
- Implement new business processes
- Optimize business processes
- Support migrations and release upgrades in SAP CO
- Advise on process design
- Design and implement requested functionalities in SAP systems
- Independently execute and lead CO consulting projects
- Share knowledge and provide professional support to team members, project staff, and Junior SAP Consultants
- Coach team members, project staff, and Junior SAP Consultants
- Support the pre-sales team with subject-matter expertise and customer interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6 years of experience in process and implementation consulting for SAP Finance solutions
- Ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA and with implementation or conversion projects in Management Accounting (CO)
- In-depth knowledge of Product Costing
- In-depth knowledge of Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- In-depth knowledge of actual and standard cost estimates
- Knowledge of profit center accounting, segment reporting, and Material Ledger in S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of business processes in Controlling
- Structured approach to work
- Strong customer focus and a pronounced service-oriented mindset
- German language skills at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% on average
- Willingness to work on-site at customer locations
