Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET Core
- At least 2 years of experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving cross-functional technical initiatives
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture, with experience designing scalable and resilient applications
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and modern deployment strategies, including canary and blue-green deployments
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with knowledge of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience diagnosing complex system issues, supporting on-call operations, and maintaining platform reliability
- Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams, influence technical decisions, and mentor fellow engineers
- Gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment
