Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex, multi-country customer projects, including cloud migrations and large DevOps transformations
- Own project scope, schedules, budgets, profitability, risks, and change management end to end
- Lead customer steering groups and manage senior stakeholder expectations
- Handle complex escalations and difficult project situations
- Partner with Sales on complex opportunities, including scoping, estimates, delivery risks, and customer opportunities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and consultants across borders without line-management authority
- Mentor other project managers
- Refine and standardize common global delivery practices and project management standards
- Help build and centralize Eficode’s global project management framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years managing complex, customer-facing B2B IT projects within consulting or IT professional services environments
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformations, cloud migrations, DevOps programs, or complex system integrations
- In-depth understanding of project finances, including margins, forecasting, and change control
- Commercial mindset
- Experience leading cross-country teams and multi-stakeholder international engagements
- Hands-on proficiency using Jira and Confluence as primary project management tools
- Clear and decisive communication skills
- Confidence managing complex situations and aligning expectations early and transparently
- Fluent in English
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are nice to have
- Experience developing Project Management processes or standards in a consulting or professional services organization is nice to have
