About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish pricing strategy per product line to maximize KOB3 revenue
- Review and monitor frame agreements and maximize scope coverage
- Monitor and challenge price increases at DOA level
- Report price increase implementation with Finance by site and product line to the Nuclear Leadership Team
- Establish corrective action plans when necessary, including cases of profitability dilution at execution level
- Support and harmonize WA Planning Block activities and ensure presentation consistency with Global Nuclear strategy
- Support Emerson Planning Process
- Participate in business reviews, strategy reviews, and growth conferences
- Set priorities and coordinate planning activities across the business unit and world areas
- Lead pricing activities for Nuclear Installed Base revenues, including KOB3, MRO, Parts & Services
- Contribute to Nuclear strategic planning activities and support Emerson initiatives around Nuclear as a strategic industry growth area
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in engineering, sales, or marketing
- Strong knowledge of the valve business, including mechanical, actuation, and instrumentation
- Strong presentation, writing, and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent English
- Respect NBU DOA and guidelines
- Follow Emerson procedures (Ethics, ITC, etc.)
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies
