About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Greet candidates and facilitate on-site and virtual interviews
  • Ensure a high-touch, friendly candidate experience representing Entrata’s culture
  • Manage multiple priorities while supporting hiring managers and candidates
  • Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to provide a seamless interview and onboarding experience
  • Own interview logistics, including booking candidate travel when necessary
  • Learn to evaluate candidates and review resumes
  • Occasionally reach out to passive candidates on LinkedIn and help develop the candidate pipeline
  • Use data to inform recruiting strategies and develop efficient recruiting processes
  • Oversee logistics and support recruiting events, university recruiting, and internal meetings
  • Troubleshoot scheduling issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Proven ability to operate with high autonomy and exercise critical thinking to resolve operational and scheduling challenges independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to balance competing, high-priority tasks in a fast-moving setting
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets, and Slack
  • Strong integrity and sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and compensation data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or another applicable field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting or scheduling/coordination in a fast-paced setting (preferred)
  • Experience working in the SaaS or tech industry (preferred)
  • Experience optimizing processes and increasing efficiency (preferred)
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred)
  • Prior experience leading process improvement initiatives or ATS administration (preferred)
  • Ability to use company-approved GenAI tools, audit AI outputs, follow AI security protocols, and craft effective prompts
