Key responsibilities & impact- Create thorough, polished, and intuitive designs for Marketplace Trust
- Work with Product, User Research, and Analytics partners to identify customer problems and define customer solutions
- Support buyer experience surfaces including cart, checkout, and post-purchase order management
- Lead independently or provide direction to the squad to ensure collaboration and progress
- Facilitate discovery and conceptualization workshops
- Identify experiments, measure their success, and iterate toward strategic goals

Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of professional experience working in product design
- Track record of shipped work demonstrating design fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, interaction design, and application of brand and system principles
- Experience designing for native iOS and Android apps
- Familiarity with platform-specific interaction patterns and cross-platform thinking
- Experience identifying and defining opportunities with cross-functional partners
- Experience implementing ideas that deliver measurable positive results
- Highly developed design skills with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end flows, polished prototypes, industry-standard interaction patterns, and design system application
- Ability to articulate ideas and design solutions clearly and thoughtfully
- Ability to give and incorporate feedback clearly
- Comfort with ambiguity and defining projects where the solution space is less established
- Nice to have prior work in seller tooling
- Nice to have prior work in payments and/or fulfillment spaces
