Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive leadership experience in quantitative data science, upstream AI safety research, or academic research
- Exemplary experiment design methodology
- Advanced Python expertise
- Deep familiarity with NumPy and Pandas
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks such as Inspect AI
- Experience with agentic harnesses and sandboxing environments
- Passion for advancing evaluation standards across complex, specialised domains
- Exceptional technical rigour
- Ability to empower others, share technical knowledge, and cultivate collaborative teams
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to articulate complex scientific strategies clearly to senior clients and external partners
- Ability to scope high-impact projects and meet structured timelines without compromising quality
