About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join Franciscan Physician Network's Otolaryngology group at FPN Coolspring Health Center
- Provide care in Michigan City, Indiana, with outreach responsibilities at LaPorte and Chesterton, Indiana
- Manage an independent patient panel
- See an average outpatient volume of 18–21 patients per day
- Travel to outreach locations less than 30 minutes from the main campus
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care
- Work within a well-established, busy practice with an experienced physician and support team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Otolaryngology
- Master's Degree - Required
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
- Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff
- Ability to work collaboratively with a physician
- Ability to work independently within a supportive environment
