Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong software engineering background and experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems
- Experience building user-facing experiences that balance utility and user delight
- Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and GenAI-powered applications
- Proven track record of delivering production software actively used by users
- Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior
- Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks
- Ability to prototype, release, collect feedback, and iterate quickly
- Ability to tackle complex engineering problems and make UI design decisions with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with ambiguity, define scope, take ownership, and drive projects forward
- Effective communication and collaborative attitude
- Nice to have but not required: experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows
- Nice to have but not required: experience as a data analyst or with data platforms such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, or DataBricks
- Nice to have but not required: experience building tools for data engineering
