Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
- Basic computer skills
- Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed (preferred)
- Experience entering and maintaining information in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (preferred)
- Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
- Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
- Ability to routinely carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs for 3–5 feet
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of more than 4 hours
- Ability to walk continuously for more than 10,000 steps (4–5 miles) per day
- Ability to perform team lifts and move objects of various shapes and sizes
