Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI and software solutions for customer deployments, from planning and implementation through validation and handover
- Partner with AI, Engineering, Product, UX, and platform teams on technical requirements, dependencies, integration needs, and deployment readiness
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery commitments
- Coordinate execution across global engineering teams, customer stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners
- Align technical development timelines with customer deployment commitments
- Identify and manage risks, issues, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies
- Facilitate technical and business discussions to resolve blockers, clarify ownership, and drive timely decisions
- Coordinate customer-site readiness, integration activities, testing, deployment schedules, and post-deployment follow-up
- Manage vendor deliverables and third-party dependencies
- Provide project updates to engineering leadership, business stakeholders, and customer-facing teams
- Support continuous improvement of project management practices, deployment processes, and execution tools
- Build understanding of the AI platform, capabilities, and technology ecosystem to bridge engineering and customer delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, engineering project management, software implementation, or related roles
- 5+ years of experience managing complex software, technology, or engineering projects involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability to coordinate AI technical teams, manage dependencies, and deliver projects against committed milestones
- Strong stakeholder management skills with engineering teams, business leaders, customers, and external partners
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and technology integration processes
- Experience developing and managing AI project schedules, resource plans, risks, issues, and status reporting
- Experience using Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate technical challenges into clear actions and business implications
- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, IoT, or enterprise software platforms
- Experience with customer-facing technology implementations, enterprise software deployments, or systems integration
- Understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, data integration, and software deployment processes
- Experience coordinating globally distributed engineering teams and external vendors
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and influence teams without direct authority
- Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies
- Experience working in fast-paced product development or innovation environments
- U.S. Person requirement: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or ability to obtain export authorization
