Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and synchronize multiple teams contributing to complex strategic initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced level of French proficiency
- More than 10 years of experience in project management and delivery of complex IT solutions
- At least 3 years in a Release Train Engineer (RTE) role or similar scaled agile coordination role
- Significant experience in large-scale agile or hybrid environments, including SAFe, scaled Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management, or multi-team coordination
- PMP, SAFe, RTE, or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of information technology
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with performance measurement and visualization tools
- Strong analytical capabilities and use of performance metrics
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders around shared objectives
- Experience proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and enabling informed decision-making
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its application to improving delivery practices
