About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate manufacturing inventory forecasts and business requirements into actionable stocking, risk mitigation, inventory optimization, and supply chain strategies
- Deliver uninterrupted spare parts and/or direct materials to primary US factory sites
- Provide daily tactical support to US site-based procurement operations teams
- Operationalize tactical procurement methods for inventory, forecasting, material delivery, and supplier labor coordination
- Drive responses and closure for inventory, supplier labor, and supply chain escalations
- Coordinate Material Quality Incidents requiring supplier engagement
- Ensure bills of materials integrity, materials availability, cost, and quality goals
- Provide stakeholder assessments, status updates, contingency plans, and gap-closure plans
- Analyze data to operate the supply chain and design solutions for complex business processes
- Standardize indicators, processes, and procedures for efficient inventory solutions
- Develop and improve systems, metrics, and tools
- Collaborate with cross-organizational teams on forward-looking supply chain solutions
- Engage supplier personnel, including field service engineer sponsorship, budget tracking, and labor solutions
- Align business-unit production requirements to maximize output while controlling cost and inventory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or BS degree in supply chain, business or associated field
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- 2+ years in business intelligence tools or data modeling or transformation
- 2+ years in managing complex supplier relationships and driving operational strategies
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to execute disciplined processes and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment
- Stakeholder management and collaborative partnership skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in advanced data analysis
- This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
- Preferred: Experience with AI and advanced analytics for problem-solving and process optimization
- Preferred: Experience using SAP data solutions as a procurement or inventory platform
