About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate field service staff scheduling, work, tools, and daily field-work needs
- Set up and organize equipment and workstations
- Conduct routine checks and record product-test data after installation and configuration
- Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff
- Provide on-the-job training for new hires
- Coordinate technicians and assist with completing assignments
- Interact with customers and coordinate support for on-site teams
- Complete other duties at management’s discretion
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated project coordination experience, including scheduling technicians and interacting with clients
- Active and unrestricted driver license required
- Personal vehicle required for local work-related assignments
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status
- Up-to-date immunizations may be required
- Healthcare facility credentials may require MMR, Varicella, negative TB test, Tdap, Hepatitis B, seasonal Influenza, and COVID-19 primary series vaccination
- Must have authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Comfortable with Microsoft and other industry-related data entry and platforms
