About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, development, and maintenance of a New Set Forecasting and Deployment Application for BOM Forecast management and SET Deployment activities
Support development and execution of an analytics platform roadmap and strategy to scale BI capabilities across the supply-chain organization
Analyze strategic and tactical business needs to design and deliver data-driven solutions that improve decision-making
Identify, prioritize, and activate cross-franchise opportunities to standardize and scale key supply-chain reporting
Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to develop visualization and virtualization solutions supporting planning-solution transitions
Own data validation, consolidation, and quality checks for existing dashboards and reporting
Maintain and update datasets, Alteryx workflows, and ETL inputs feeding Power BI reports
Own defined BI project workstreams, deliverables, and documentation
Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning to gather feedback and iterate on SET Forecast and SET Deployment analytics and visualizations
Provide day-to-day BI support and respond to ad hoc analysis requests
Promote BI governance by documenting metric definitions, access controls, and reporting standards
Shape how the organization uses supply-chain data and partner with operations, IT, and business leaders to ensure accurate, meaningful metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; preference in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, AI or equivalent
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required
Experience in Supply Chain Planning is required
Experience implementing change across a multi-regional and multi-functional team in a highly matrix environment is required
Advanced SQL skills for data modeling, complex queries, and performance tuning
Experience integrating Databricks outputs with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI and analytics workflows such as Alteryx
Expert experience with one or more data acquisition platforms: CDL/EDG/EDL, SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, R, SQL, or Planet 9
Excellent project management skills, including managing complex projects from initiation to completion
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at various organizational levels
Experience with JnJ Anchor App and understanding of SET/Modules Supply Chain preferred
Professional experience in planning systems (APO and OMP) and ERP systems with strong understanding of end-to-end processes preferred
Experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Products industry preferred
