About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and deliver visually stunning motion graphics for various media, aligning with client needs
- Perform basic editing tasks and create rough sound beds for edit projects when required
- Create graphical templates for other Artists and Clients
- Lead designers and motion artists based on project size
- Support the strategic development of the Motion team through guidance and expertise
- Advise on design, editing, and motion elements during ideation
- Take initiative on projects and deliver innovative solutions
- Stay current with software advancements and motion graphics techniques
- Collect and compile project files efficiently upon delivery
- Collaborate with Creatives and other Artists to bring concepts, scripts, and storyboards to life
- Adhere to brief guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to meet client expectations
- Support quality control checks on design and motion projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Motion Graphics
- Strong experience with Design & Editing
- Extended knowledge and technical ability of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, and relevant software
- Strong understanding of capabilities and integrations with Da Vinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Maya, and similar software
- Strong portfolio of Motion Graphics work and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Experience managing other Designers & Motion Artists
- High level visual and conceptual skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great organization skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
- Continuous desire to learn new techniques and technology
- Amenable to work onsite based on business needs
- Willing to work in the mid-shift (UK time zone)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to address feedback constructively and learn from each project
