Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience using Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex

- 5+ years of backend experience
- 2+ years of Node.js experience
- Experience building backend services with TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external data services
- Experience using AI tools for development, debugging, refactoring, and documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort working asynchronously in a remote environment
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Ability to operate independently in a 100% operational role
- Full-time availability through the end of the contract
- Availability for meetings in Central Time with 2–3 hours of daily overlap
- Experience working at an agency or for an external client
