Key responsibilities & impact- Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to improve platform and system performance and resource utilization
- Establish performance benchmarks and conduct capacity planning

- Design, implement, and support SAN storage platforms
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, and automated provisioning, configuration, and validation
- Implement and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, code reviews, automated testing, and deployment automation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant platforms engineer experience
- Experience with enterprise compute, virtualization, and storage engineering preferred
- Experience with infrastructure performance, capacity, and lifecycle management preferred
- Experience with SAN storage architecture, business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup technologies preferred
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, scripting, APIs, and tool integration preferred
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based source control, and infrastructure code reviews preferred
- Experience with platform engineering and cloud/infrastructure automation within large-scale enterprise environments preferred
- Expertise in compute architecture, SAN storage, systems integration, scripting, and infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management, computer networking, cybersecurity risk management, DevSecOps, programming, IT infrastructure management, performance monitoring, system administration, system testing, systems integration, and troubleshooting
