Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage end-to-end analytical delivery across multiple project workstreams
- Lead and oversee analytical workstreams, ensuring planning, timely execution, and high-quality outputs
- Guide Analysts and Senior Analysts through requirements breakdown, task planning, execution reviews, and capability development
- Allocate and prioritize tasks across competing timelines
- Review SQL pipelines, Excel models, and analytical frameworks for accuracy and best-practice adherence
- Maintain governance, documentation, and information flow across deliverables
- Interpret financial statements to uncover revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow insights
- Identify cost leakages, working capital inefficiencies, and commercial optimization opportunities
- Estimate workstream effort, define analytical approaches, and link outputs to measurable business value
- Build analytical frameworks, templates, and reusable assets
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical pathways
- Serve as primary contact for global or senior-level clients and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate requirements discussions and align stakeholders on business outcomes
- Communicate actionable insights to support leadership decision-making
- Identify analytical risks, dependencies, data gaps, and bottlenecks, and design mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvements in analytical processes, reporting standards, and project efficiency
- Support knowledge assets, documentation, and standardized KPI frameworks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of hands-on SQL and Excel experience, including advanced query optimization, data modelling logic, and complex calculations
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams through structured problem-solving and high-quality project execution
- Deep business understanding and ability to translate data into meaningful financial, commercial, and operational insights
- Advanced ability to read, interpret, and analyze full financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior and global clients
- Strong domain experience in commercial analytics, pricing, supply chain, or operations analytics, preferably within manufacturing
- Ability to lead teams, allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to improvements, risks, and solution pathways
- High ownership, discipline, and ability to work independently
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Ability to work from the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week
