About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the entire contract lifecycle through the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
- Incorporate amendments and updates requested by Contract or Account Owners into contracts
- Ensure contract activation and manage subsequent amendments
- Monitor contract execution, termination, and renewal processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned regions
- Ensure alignment between regional business needs and the CLM process
- Manage collaboration with regional stakeholders to support understanding and application of contract management processes
- Provide back-office support to the Corporate Legal Department and regional legal teams
- Manage legal documentation and coordinate requests received from Legal teams
- Support Legal Operations initiatives and projects
- Review, draft, and update contracts based on instructions and requirements from regional legal departments
- Prepare performance metrics and reports related to contract management activities
- Provide support and guidance to internal teams regarding contract generation and management processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Faculty of Law-it is mandatory
- Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level)
